Gabon – Red-capped Mangabeys

The Red-capped Mangabeys are leaving in swamps, mangroves and valley forests.They are arboreal moving in groups along tree branches but also through the undergrowth.
They have semi-terrestrial habits and quite far-carrying vocalizations which make them easily located.
They feed on fruit, seeds, leaves, invertebrates…On the under pic , he is eating seeds of Sacoglottis gabonensis.
